- Workshop: Build a full project budget with scheduling data
Day 3 – Monitoring, Controlling & Reporting Costs
- Tracking actuals vs. planned costs
- Forecasting remaining work and managing change requests
- Earned Value Management (EVM): PV, EV, AC, CV, SV, CPI, SPI
- Forecasting techniques for Estimate at Completion (EAC)
- Workshop: Apply EVM to a live case scenario
Day 4 – Advanced Cost Control & Strategic Integration
- Procurement Cost Management (FFP, CPIF, T&M contracts)
- Lifecycle Costing & Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- Advanced forecasting models (trend, scenario-based)
- Linking scope changes to budget realignment
- Workshop: Presenting a budget & control strategy with dashboards
