Course Overview
PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner training is delivered as separate courses, allowing candidates to complete each certification level according to their experience, learning requirements and certification goals.
The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation course provides the essential knowledge and understanding of PRINCE2 Agile Version 2. It introduces the key concepts, principles and practices of the method and explains how PRINCE2 Project Management can work together with agile ways of working.
The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course builds on this foundation and focuses on applying and tailoring PRINCE2 Agile to real-world project situations. Candidates learn how to use the method effectively in different agile and hybrid project environments.
Both courses use instructor-led learning, interactive exercises, multimedia content and practical project scenarios to support knowledge retention and practical understanding.
PMOBytes, a PeopleCert Accredited Training Organization (ATO), also offers the respective PRINCE2 Agile examinations following the training to help candidates achieve their certification goals.

Practitioner
